Rebounding Roanoke is a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity founded in April of 2014 by Jerel Rhodes for the youth of the greater Roanoke Valley.  Financial support is always welcome and most appreciated. Contributions defray costs related to transportation, lodging, events, and students’ financial needs.
